Week #3 workouts 1 + 2

QUESTIONS:

A. I have the effort of 7 on a scale to 10 this week. I am exhausted, I sleep about 4 hours every night lately because of exams and work.

B. Accumulate moderate-intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes on 5 or more days a week and vigorous-intensity exercise for at least 20-25mins for 3 or more days a week.

C. moderately-intense cardio 30 mins a day, five days a week or vigorously-intense cardio 20 mins a day, three days a week.

D. Running/jogging is a cardio exercise, people could assume that squats is also a cardio exercise since it works out similar muscles.

E. Approximately 8-ounce glasses, which equals to about 2L, or half a gallon.

F. In order for a muscle to grow, strength to be gained, performance to increase, or for any similar improvement to occur, the human body must be forced to adapt to a tension that is above and beyond what it has previously experienced.

G. Strength and cardio

H. My nutrition this week was awful. I ate pasta probably most of the days because I was too exhausted to cook and I had an overload of school projects and exams.
