Week#4

Questions:

A. Currently, this exercise program does not work very well with my school schedule. I am taking 8 courses and working 20 hours a week and therefore, I am barely home and rarely have any free time. Unfortunately, I am always doing these workouts exhausted at the end of the day.

B. I am someone who believe physical exercise should be in your everyday lives but I find it extremely hard to include in my schedule these days.

C. Usually, I would say after exercising I feel better but when I have many exams (like now) it stresses me more to be taking my time to exercise instead of studying.

D. I tried to cook more, even though as last week I was bombarded with exams, I wanted to make sure I ate full healthy meals to have strength to study. I believe I followed it closely by cooking dinner every night and a healthy one too!

E. My next nutritional goal will be to eat less pasta as its easy to make, do more of a balanced meal!
