Questions:
a) Although my exams are still not over, today I felt less exhausted preceding the workout. Usually it just stresses me out because I need to study and I feel like it is taking up my study time. However, I feel like the adrenaline from the workout gave me new energy to study more which upgraded my mood.
b) Personally, even though the workouts don’t fit very well in my schedule, I am always thankful that we have to do it, because it is easy to forget to workout.
C) Finding time. I overcome by doing my workouts late at night when I get home and I try to use it as a break in between a long period of studying.
d) You should have at least 1 day of the week off after completing muscular strength or an endurance workout to allow your body to recover. If you don’t allow your body to recover you could run the chance of getting injured.
e) I have been doing better than the last two weeks. I am cooking a lot and I am making sure I eat more of a balanced meal (not just pasta). Overall, I feel better when I eat a healthy balanced meal.
