I chose to do workout 3 before workout 1 and 2 because of an injury. I have a strained muscle in my foot therefore, I decided to go biking. I biked to the parc De l’ile-de-la-visitation. I biked 7.57km there in about 35 mins and stayed at the parc for an hour than biked 7.62 km on my way back and it took me 39.27 mins.

I think the one that aligns the most with my strength is stubborn. I am someone who is extremely stubborn thanks to my dad and it helps me to accomplish my goals. I don’t give up until I reach my objective. I can use this for my workouts. I can create goals to achieve so I get in the habit to workout daily to accomplish those goals.
